Easy and Pretty Picadera




After the summer - my least favorite season - autumn brings with it a sweet respite from a heat capable of melting glass, and ridiculous humidity. Finally you can go back to the kitchen.
But the party does not stop, on the contrary! If you have an afternoon with friends, a picnic, or a little party in the office, this cute snack bar is perfect. Do not you see these Smoked Salmon Rolls, Serrano Savory Mini Cheesecakes, and Black Olives Sandwiches?

One thing to remember about the fall is that for those of us who live in warm places, it's just a less hot summer version (which is a big thing in itself), I can still appreciate a recipe that does not require spending hours in the kitchen.
The most difficult part of preparing this picadera is to wash the processor jar between preparing one and the other. And if you are one of those who own children, you can use them to help. At least my daughter loved doing it, and she loved it even more to eat them.

For the salmon rolls
  • oz [200 gr] of smoked salmon
  • 1/2 cup onion and leek cream cheese Chive and Onion Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • whole tortillas (8 "[20.32 cm] in diameter)
  • sprigs of dill
For the mini-cheese cakes of ham

  • oz [85 g] (about 3/4 cup) fat-free cream cheese Fat Free Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • oz. [170 gr] Serrano ham or Prosciutto , cut into thin slices, divided amount
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 12 crusts of mini cakes , without sugar
  • 12 basil leaves
For olive sandwiches
  • 60 oz [84 g] (about 6 tablespoons) of unsalted butter at room temperature
  • oz [170 gr] of turkey ham
  • oz [170 g] (about 3/4 cup) of 100% Kraft Parmesan Cheese Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • doc. of black olives , divided amount
  • large slices of white bread without crust
  • 12 sticks
